The objective of the Energy Systems Analysis Group is to contribute to the development of sustainable energy systems by (1) developing analytical tools in support of decision- and policy-making, and (2) completing multi-criteria analyses of energy systems. This involves the use of methods such as life cycle assessment, real options analysis and expert elicitation.
