Project life cycle
Project initiation and review
- Submit your request to the Office of Campus Infrastructure and Sustainability (OCIS).
- We review the request within the context of the university's strategic priorities and vision.
Project approval and charter development
- Approved projects are sent to the project office.
- The project office meets with the requestor to discuss details.
- A collaborative project charter is developed that outlines the specific requirements. This signed agreement initiates the project.
Project management and completion
- OCIS keeps the faculty/department informed of the project's progress.
- Upon completion, OCIS requests a final walk-through with the faculty/department to review and sign off on the project.
