Type of requests
To initiate a project with OCIS, complete the project initiation form (PIF) for capital renewal and construction, furniture acquisition, moving services and space requests.
Capital-funded requests: Submit an annual PIF for current and anticipated capital projects.
Ongoing requests: Use the PIF year-round for facilities management, faculty- and department-funded projects, and space planning.
Facilities management requests
Contact the Facilities Management department for various building services, including maintenance, repairs, and specialized support (e.g. plumbing, carpentry, electrical, etc.).
