TD Friends of the Environment

Thanks to grants from the TD Friends of the Environment Foundation, Ontario Tech Sustainability is able to host a variety of environmental events for students, staff, and members of the community. Grant money is also used to propel ongoing sustainability initiatives on campus such as tree planting.

    This year's grant was used to plant a cherry grove, host an environmental learning day for a local elementary school, and bring 'Pollinator Man' author to a local elementary school for a reading.
