TouchNet
TouchNet is the University's provider of integrated, comprehensive, and secure commerce and credential solution. Ontario Tech uses TouchNet to facilitate payments for tuition and fees from debit or credit cards directly to the University.
TouchNet DataCenters will undergo normal maintenance on a monthly basis. If you are experiencing any issues accessing the payment site or paying a fee during the indicated times, please try again once the maintenance is complete. Please see the TouchNet Outage Calendar 2026 below for more information.
If you are a student having difficulties accessing the payment site or paying your fee, please contact the Service Desk for assistance.

Can I pay with a credit card?

I am paying with a credit card and TouchNet wants me to input a three or four digit CVV number. What is this?
The CVV number is a three-digit number printed on the back of a Visa or MasterCard. If your account number also appears on the back of your credit card, the CVV (or Security Code) will appear below it.

Why was my credit card declined?
If your credit card was declined at the time of submission, you may want to check the account number, CVV numbers, and your card's expiration date to confirm that the information you entered is correct. Also, please check that the credit card billing address was entered correctly. You may need to contact your credit card company as some companies limit the transaction amount per day.

When I make a payment, will I get a receipt or confirmation number?
A receipt can be printed at the time of payment. A receipt will also be emailed to the email provided at the time of payment.
