Welcome to Employee Dashboard, a user-friendly way for Ontario Tech employees to access Payroll and Human Resources-related information from anywhere. This portal provides employees online access to a variety of services, including access to view and print pay stubs, manage Web Time entries, change home addresses and update emergency contacts.

Personal information An intuitive entry point for employees to access their personal information, with the ability to view or edit the information (name, address, email and emergency contact information).
My team Managers can see their team's information (vacation balance, address, email, and emergency contact information).
Vacation balance View your own and your team's vacation balance.
Pay information View current and previous pay stubs, and direct deposit information in a new user interface.
Web Time entry New user interface and preview functionality for hourly employees.
Web Time approval New user interface and preview functionality for Web Time approvers and proxies.
