Tax Information

How to View My Tax Information

  1. Navigate to MyOntarioTech and select Employees
  2. Select one of the options based on your employment type
  3. Click on Tax information under Finance and payroll
  4. In the Taxes section, select Slips for Income Tax Return
  5. Select the Year from the dropdown, and click T4 - Statement of Remuneration Paid
  6. Click on Printable Version. Your T4 slip will be downloaded as a PDF.
