FAQs

• What are the tuition payment deadlines?
  Go to the Payment Information site.
• When are late fees applied?

  Late fees will be applied to the outstanding account if tuition is not paid by the due date. Interest will be calculated at a monthly rate of 1.5 per cent compounded on the monthly balance. This will be added to the student account on the last business day of every month.

• Why is my account on financial hold (FH)?

  Financial holds (FH) are placed on accounts with overdue tuition balances.

• What is required to remove the Financial Hold?

  The FH hold can be removed once tuition has been paid in full. The hold will be removed overnight.

• What payment options are accepted to pay my tuition?

  Go to the Payment Options site.

• How do I set up my banking for direct deposit refund payments?

  Go to: MyOntarioTech, scroll down to the Personal Information section and click on "Direct Deposit Information"  on this page.

• Who do I contact for information regarding OSAP, Scholarships, and Bursaries?
